Q. May I have your price list?
A. Yes, of course. But we would like you to list down the items you want with exact quantities. This will help us quote a more accurate price.
Q. Could you send us free samples?
A．To be frank, most of our items you can get free samples. But we may charge you for a certain items, such the ones in our Stone carve lines.
Q. What is the minimum order quantity?
A. We currently require a minimum order quantity of 50 SQM per item.
Q. What are the prices for large quantity?
A. Prices vary not only based on the quantity, also on quality, package, shipment. To receive an accurate price quote, please email us at sales@365tiles.com, or you can give us your ideas or target price, we can advise you some suggestions.
Q. What is the turnaround time for samples and orders?
A. The turnaround time for most samples is 3-7days upon your requests, mass products usually will be 15-25 days after samples approved. Transit time varies based on the method of shipment, however most air shipments can be received in 5~10 days, while sea shipping takes approximately 20~25 days.
Q. Would you like to help us sourcing in China?
A. Yes, that's our honors. Actually, we have help many clients to collect samples in China, and sent them together for saving high international express cost, and organize the shipment together. You can contact us at sales@365tiles.com for more details.
Q. I don't find the items I need, what can I do?
A. We have more than 1000 different items in database, we only show a part of them online, if you could not find preference items, please send us inquiry with your detailed specifications and, design and request, we will send you product information as per yourpreference.
